Seratrials Parkinson’s Disease Study
Leading the Way in Clinical Studies for the Future of Medicine
By providing our patients with breakthrough research, this trial evaluates biological samples to help unveil the reasons behind and potential cures of Parkinson’s disease.
What Is the SeraTrials Parkinson’s Disease Study?
This is a paid volunteer opportunity for
- Those over 60 years old
- Diagnosed with Parkinson’s for at least 1 year

Qualified participants will receive $500.

We Aim to Advance the Future of Medicine
The objective of the SeraTrials Parkinson’s Study is to gather biological samples from patients who have Parkinson’s disease. These samples might contain components that doctors can examine to learn more about their genetic, chemical, and protein composition. The study examines changes in blood and cerebrospinal fluid linked to Parkinson’s disease or other features of the condition. With this PD investigation, your blood cells could be saved and used to create cell lines that can be used for the discovery of future medicine and therapy.

What Are the First Symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease?
-
Tremors
Frequent shaking starts in the hand, foot, or jaw first that has a distinct rhythmic back-and-forth movement.
-
Rigidity
Persons with PD experience muscle stiffness, tenseness, or resistance to movement.
-
Bradykinesia
This automatic and spontaneous movement is frustrating because it makes routine tasks challenging.
-
Posture instability
Fall risk can be aggravated by changes in posture and impaired balance.
Researchers are looking into the genes that produce dopamine-producing proteins. Parkinson’s symptoms can be reduced by raising dopamine levels in the brain.
